Associate Product Manager - Conversational AI

About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager – Conversational AI at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will support the development and scaling of AI-powered solutions that enhance customer engagement, automate workflows, and drive hyper-personalization across digital and assisted banking channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify impactful use cases and deliver intuitive conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in defining the roadmap and strategy for AI-driven banking solutions
Identify high-impact use cases to improve customer experience, self-service, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and UX teams to build and optimize AI-powered solutions
Prioritize features based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility
Support the development and launch of chatbots, voice assistants, and personalized recommendation engines
Ensure AI models deliver accurate, relevant, and compliant responses
Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on real-time data insights
Secondary Responsibilities
Work with Growth, Digital Banking, and Customer Support teams to align AI solutions with business goals
What We Are Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant stream
Postgraduate degree (preferred)
Experience
2–5 years of experience in product management, AI/ML, or digital product development
Skills and Attributes
Basic understanding of Conversational AI, NLP, and user experience design
Strong analytical and prioritization skills
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Passion for innovation and customer-centric digital solutions
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
