Responsibilities
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Able to handle Major Incident management
Handle team of more than 50 plus associates
Customer Management
Good English communication skills both written and verbal
Exp in creating new solutions and proposals for customers in EUC domain
Hands on experience in Scripting tools like Python, PowerShell etc
Good-to-Have
Understanding of customer SLA and KPI
Understanding of application packaging and imaging
Good knowledge and experience of EUC tools like SCCM, Intune, O365 etc.
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Able to handle Major Incident management
Good English communication skills both written and verbal
