Role Description The Relationship Manager Working Capital is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for managing and growing working capital relationships with business clients. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, understanding their financing needs, and structuring appropriate working capital solutions such as cash credit, overdrafts, and short-term loans. The Relationship Manager will regularly engage with clients to deepen relationships, cross-sell banking products, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure timely renewals and reviews. Responsibilities include conducting credit assessments in coordination with internal teams, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of service and responsiveness. The role also requires preparing and presenting proposals, tracking market trends, and collaborating with product, credit, and operations teams to deliver smooth end-to-end customer experiences.

Candidates should possess knowledge of working capital products, banking operations, and regulatory guidelines relevant to corporate and SME clients.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) or professional certification in banking/finance is an advantage.
Prior experience in corporate or SME banking, trade finance, or working capital relationship management is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple accounts, meet targets, and use banking and CRM systems effectively.
