Partner with regional business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives across South India.
Own the complete employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, development, talent reviews, and exits.
Drive employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Lead employee engagement, retention, capability development, and culture-building initiatives.
Drive HR governance, policy implementation, compliance, and consistent HR practices across locations.
Manage HR across multiple locations / a large frontline workforce (1,000+ employees).
5–8 years of experience in Core HRBP / Regional HRBP / Business HR, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior business leaders.
