Summary:
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role requires facilitating the design of solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise technology stacks, ensuring compatibility with multiple artificial intelligence models and providers. The position demands active engagement with diverse teams to align deployment strategies and optimize the integration process within complex technological ecosystems, fostering innovation and operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth deployment of AI workflows.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes and team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence system architectures and deployment methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI workflow integrations across multiple platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges within enterprise environments.
Familiarity with multi-provider AI ecosystems and their interoperability requirements.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
