About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a role in Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
BA/BS in Graphic Design or visual design-related field
2+* years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or similar agency environment and
2+* years of experience in a client-service minded environment
Advanced-level experience in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
10+*years of Graphic Design experience,
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
Proven ability to visualize complex concepts in a creative and engaging manner
Critical attention to detail and eye for esthetics
Exceptional consultation and client relation skills; receptive to feedback
Advanced computer drawing/illustration skills
Brand experience
Familiarity with the financial services industry
Maintain a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Design portfolio showcasing examples of original designs: infographics, illustration, presentations, or similar work.
Job Expectations:
Create and deliver custom presentations, graphics, and visual communications from concept through production.
Consult with clients to understand objectives and develop effective design solutions.
Recommend and present creative concepts that support business goals.
Ensure all materials meet brand, quality, and compliance standards.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and business partners.
Communicate proactively with clients to gather information, set expectations, and resolve questions.
Recommend alternative solutions when requests are not feasible or aligned to brand standards.
Support both creative and non-creative workstreams as business needs required
​​The Graphic Designer will:
Pull the more design-intensive requests from the queue and deliver on-time, quality results
Serve as the team SME in custom graphics
Communicate with clients, with a consultative and customer service mindset
Become an expert in and advocate for the Wells Fargo brand
Review jobs for quality, brand adherence, accuracy, and completeness
Train and assist broader PDS team on requests that require enhanced designs
Assist in updating and maintaining training guides, libraries, and other design resources.
