Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end management and execution of PEB projects from project handover/order receipt through engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, erection and final handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved cost, quality and safety standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete PEB projects from order booking/project handover to final completion and handover.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
Coordinate with Design/Engineering, Production, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, Logistics, Erection and Commercial teams.
Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
Monitor material procurement, fabrication, dispatch and site availability.
Coordinate and monitor PEB erection, roofing, cladding and associated civil/structural works.
Ensure availability and optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and contractors.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors and resolve project-related issues.
Monitor project progress against planned schedule and implement recovery plans for delays.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
Monitor project costs, material consumption, wastage and commercial implications.
Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare MIS/progress reports for management.
Identify project risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and escalate critical issues.
Ensure timely completion, commissioning, punch-point closure and final handover
