Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel systems as per project requirements and applicable IS Codes / international design standards.
Strong knowledge of PEB design and structural steel engineering.
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro / equivalent structural analysis software.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Tekla Structures.
Knowledge of structural analysis, steel design, connection design, load calculation, and design optimization.
Understanding of PEB terminology, structural framing systems, erection methodology, fabrication, and detailing.
Ability to interpret GA, fabrication/shop, assembly, erection, and architectural drawings.
Good understanding of steel grades, welding, bolting, fabrication tolerances, and structural components.
Knowledge of wind and seismic analysis, stability analysis, and serviceability criteria.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering with relevant experience in PEB / Structural Steel Design.
Preferred Profile
Candidates from PEB, structural steel, industrial shed, infrastructure, or steel fabrication companies with hands-on experience in structural design and engineering will be preferred.
