UltraTech Cement is looking for a Manager HR Operations to lead HR Operations and Employee Engagement for Corporate Functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with senior business leaders while driving employee lifecycle management, payroll & compliance, employee engagement, job evaluations, organization structures, and HR process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless employee experience and high service standards.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, employee events, culture-building activities, and employee support mechanisms across the Corporate Office.
Partner with senior stakeholders and HR leaders to support organization structure management, role design, reporting structures, and workforce alignment.
Lead job evaluation exercises, job band governance, and job description management for Corporate Functions.
Manage payroll operations, employee benefits, statutory compliance, HR governance, and audit requirements.
Drive performance management and annual compensation review processes in collaboration with HRBPs and COEs.
Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and leverage insights to improve decision-making and employee experience.
Lead HR digitization, automation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Ideal Candidate
MBA / PGDM (Full Time Only) in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
5- 7 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, and Employee Engagement.
Strong understanding of Payroll, Compliance, Compensation Cycles, and HR Systems.
Exposure to Organization Structures, Job Evaluation, Job Banding, and Job Description management.
Proven ability to interact and influence senior business stakeholders.
Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
