Project Manager - Senior - Quality

We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager - Qualityto join our team specializing in Quality for our Power Systems Business sector in Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.
How You Will Make an Impact
Lead multiple quality-focused projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, key milestones, and success metrics that support continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and issues using structured quality and project management methodologies.
Utilize data visualization, reporting tools, and dashboards to communicate project status, performance trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and sponsors.
Partner with business and functional leaders to define, achieve, and sustain measurable quality, process, and customer-focused improvements across the organization.
Lead continuous improvement efforts by applying quality disciplines, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving techniques to address complex business challenges.
Support successful adoption of project outcomes by leveraging change management practices and engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Coach and guide project team members, Project Managers, Coordinators, and support staff while fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice implementation.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Quality Green Belt certification required.
Minimum Industry Experience 10+ Years of relevant professional experience in project management, quality, continuous improvement, or a related discipline.
Experience leading projects, cross-functional teams, or improvement initiatives, with project or team leadership experience preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with applicable export control or sanctions regulations.
