Role Description The Inside Sales Associate - L2 is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, focused on driving revenue and enhancing customer experience. The role involves engaging with inbound and outbound leads via calls and digital channels, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable NoBroker services and property solutions. The associate will handle end-to-end sales cycles, including lead qualification, product explanation, price negotiation within policy, and closure of deals, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Daily responsibilities also include following up with prospective customers, coordinating with internal teams (operations, customer support, and relationship managers), and working towards individual and team sales targets. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, adhering to company processes, and contributing to continuous improvement through feedback and insights from customer interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and managing complete sales cycles.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and proactive follow-up.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to manage existing customers, ensure retention, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Strong communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
Comfort with on-call sales, working with targets, and using CRM or similar sales tools; prior experience in real estate or consumer services is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with resilience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related fields; prior inside sales experience (preferably 1–3 years) is highly beneficial
