Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Support knowledge transfer, change management, and training activities.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, organizational policies, and operational standards.
Coordinate with cross functional and global teams to deliver business objectives successfully.
