Who we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Depositary Reporting Officer to join our Depositary Reporting Team. This role will report directly to the Assistant Vice President, and will support the production and delivery of high-quality Depositary reporting to clients, boards and internal stakeholders.
Why this role is important to us
The successful candidate will work closely with teams across Depositary Oversight, Investment Monitoring, NAV Oversight, Cash Flow Monitoring and Safekeeping functions to ensure reporting is accurate, complete and delivered within agreed deadlines. Depositary reporting is a key client deliverable and plays an important role in demonstrating the oversight activities performed by the Depositary.
What you will be responsible for
As an officer, you will:
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Depositary reports for assigned client relationships.
Coordinate reporting contributions from operational and oversight teams across the Depositary function.
Review information received from contributors to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness prior to report issuance.
Maintain reporting control sheets, sign-off evidence and supporting documentation.
Produce board reporting packs and management information in accordance with agreed timelines.
Investigate reporting exceptions and liaise with relevant teams to obtain clarification or supporting evidence.
Respond to client reporting queries and support client due diligence requests where required.
Escalate material issues, control concerns or reporting delays to management.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of reporting templates, controls and reporting processes.
Support regulatory reviews, audits and other information requests relating to Depositary reporting activities.
Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with Depositary procedures, regulatory requirements and internal control standards.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Degree qualified
Previous experience in Depositary, Fund Administration, Custody, Trustee Services or Asset Servicing.
Understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulatory frameworks is desirable.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships across operational and client-facing team.
