Senior Program Manager

The EDW PMO team drives strategic transformation initiatives and technology projects that enhance the end-user experience across the organization. We lead initiatives such as endpoint improvements, migrations, integrations, and new technology implementations, partnering with teams globally to deliver impactful business outcomes.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex technical projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies while ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive projects from planning through adoption, always keeping the end-user experience at the center of decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver technical projects and programs aligned with business priorities.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Foster collaboration across global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project status, impacts, and recommendations to leadership.
Facilitate project governance and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
Support change adoption and promote successful business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
Manage multiple priorities across global teams and time zones.
Experience with risk management, problem solving, and project governance.
A collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused mindset.
5+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across multiple time zones.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
Experience with end-user technology, infrastructure, network, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
