What does a successful Inside Sales Executive do?
A successful Inside Sales Executive at AIBMS, now part of Fiserv, uncovers growth opportunities, builds trusted client relationships, and helps businesses adopt modern payments solutions that align with how they live and work. You manage the sales process from first outreach through handoff with organization, pace, and a clear focus on client value. You bring energy, curiosity, and a partner-first mindset to help clients succeed. Working as one team, we create opportunities that help businesses move faster and serve their customers better.
What you will do:
Drive new sales opportunities by researching target segments and building a qualified pipeline
Contact prospects through phone, email, and social channels to generate interest and secure meetings
Qualify prospective clients by assessing payment set-up, business needs, and fit for Fiserv solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records, including meetings, notes, follow-ups, and pipeline stages
Coordinate demonstrations, meetings, and internal resources to help move opportunities towards closure
Prepare clear, client-focused proposals and gather required pricing and product information
Guide clients through early onboarding activities and support a smooth handoff to implementation teams
Share client insights and contribute to team initiatives that improve sales effectiveness
What you will need to have:
Demonstrated consultative sales capability with experience managing a CRM-led pipeline
Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in calls, virtual conversations, and meetings
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple opportunities effectively
Strong aptitude for payments, integrations, and product features with the ability to explain concepts simply
Proactive, target-focused approach with strong follow-through and a solutions-oriented mindset
What would be great to have:
Experience in sales, business development, or another client-facing role
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar sales tools
Knowledge of payments, FinTech, or financial services concepts
Understanding of basic compliance requirements, including PCI and KYC, and their impact on onboarding
Confidence delivering short product walkthroughs or demonstrations to business audiences
