Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nizamabad. This position is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in daily operations, including supervising branch staff, overseeing loan processing activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and promoting Gold Loans, MSME Loans, Construction Finance, and Housing Loans to achieve branch sales and collection targets. The Assistant Branch Manager will monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with regional and head office teams for smooth functioning. This role also includes supporting training initiatives, maintaining high service quality standards, and contributing to risk management and compliance at the branch.
Qualifications
Strong branch operations management skills, including supervision of staff, workflow coordination, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in sales and business development for loan products, with the ability to achieve targets and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Solid customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Competence in basic financial analysis and credit understanding, including assessment of loan applications, documentation review, and risk awareness.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with diverse customer segments.
Good organizational and reporting skills, including comfort with MS Office tools and branch-level MIS and performance tracking.
Prior experience in banking or NBFC branch operations or retail lending is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in finance or banking are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Nizamabad, with a focus on integrity, accountability, and compliance in all branch activities.
