Final Test Process Engineering Technician

1. Maintain Final Test processes and handle abnormal lots, and production issues.
2. Analyze production data and abnormalities to drive process improvement and stability.
3. Maintain and update test documents, SOPs, and process specifications.
4. Knowledge of data analysis, statistical analysis, and Excel applications is preferred.
5. Semiconductor testing or process knowledge, along with experience with AI tools is preferred.
負責 Final Test 製程維護，並處理異常批次（Abnormal Lots）及生產相關問題。
分析生產數據及異常狀況，協助推動製程改善與提升製程穩定性。
維護及更新測試相關文件、標準作業程序（SOP）及製程規範。
具備數據分析、統計分析能力，以及熟悉 Excel 應用者佳。
具半導體測試或製程相關知識，並具備 AI 工具使用經驗者佳。
