About This Opportunity
HDFC Life is selectively expanding its Financial Consultant network in Goa. We're not hiring broadly — we're looking for one specific kind of person: someone already rooted here, already trusted here, ready to turn that standing into a real advisory practice.
What You'll Do
Have real, long-term conversations with people in your own circle — helping them plan protection, savings, retirement, and wealth using HDFC Life's Term, ULIP, Savings, Pension, and Annuity range. Relationship-first, always.

Goa's advisory landscape is underleveraged. Trust and local credibility are the real currency here, and they can't be flown in from Mumbai or Bangalore. If people already vouch for you at weddings, at church, at the market — you're already ahead of anyone we could hire from outside.

Every rupee you earn is tied directly to the trust you build — and that income compounds as your portfolio grows year over year. There's no ceiling on what a well-built local practice can pay. Consistent consultants typically clear ₹4–8L by their second year, with renewal income adding on top every year after — and top performers go well beyond that. You set the pace; the growth is yours to keep.
Path forward: FC → Senior FC → Premier FC → Ascent FC, with routes into General Agency or a full-time managerial role via the Saksham Program. Most committed consultants earn their first promotion within 12–18 months.
