Procurement Coordinator-Team Lead
1. Key Responsibilities & Role Description
Owns procurement system updates and end‑to‑end controls, ensuring accurate supplier data, efficient supplier onboarding, compliance with governance requirements, uninterrupted procurement and payment processes, master‑data governance, and cross‑functional alignment—while driving efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Manages Suppliers master data, ARIBA network enablement, validate & maintain supplier master data in ARIBA and support and enhance electronic PO communication with supplier —ensuring supplier readiness and achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets. Collaborate and Partner with Sourcing to expedite process.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and performance tracking to ensure accountability and progress, Detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and make Improvement plans to avoid Issue recurrence.
Manages loading and retrieving of legal and compliance documents into applicable storage systems to support regulatory, audit and research activities. Deadline-based work management ensuring adherence of the team to escalation SLA, On-time assessment and closure of tasks.
Shall demonstrate Quick in decision making ability and manage Business Continuity. Procures services and goods, inventory, supplies, and capital goods (CIP) Compiling and managing Ariba IAC's (Invoice against Contracts) - (CIP) Low complexity /risk sourcing work and contract development under supervision.
Handle large data from global suppliers
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Identifies inefficiencies, proposes innovative solutions, and implements process enhancements. Build automation and create dashboards to deliver efficient outcomes

Functional Expertise: Well-versed with Source To Pay end-to-end process; Solid communication & Networking skills; Attention to details, Accuracy in Data handling.
System Tools: ERP-SAP/ARIBA/Oracle, Supplier Master data management systems.

3. Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management
Strong knowledge of Direct PO Management, PO Price change Management, Price Variations, Procurement Data Analysis, Material Master data management/PIM uploads (Part Info Master).
Experience in ERP:SAP,ARIBA, oracle sourcing cloud is must.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands on experience in automations tools, dashboards & data visual tools, and must have handled large procurement or supply chain data.
