Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist - SailPoint IIQ

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with a strong focus on SailPoint and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IAM principles and practices, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity management processes.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage SailPoint Identity Governance solutions to ensure compliance and security across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that meet business needs.
Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and service requests related to IAM processes.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify and mitigate risks.
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on IAM initiatives, project updates, and best practices.
Provide support and training to end-users on IAM tools and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM and recommend improvements.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in SailPoint Identity Governance.
Proficient in ServiceNow for IAM-related processes.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Understanding of IAM concepts, policies, and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other IAM tools and technologies.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) for automation tasks.
Experience in project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SailPoint.
Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are a plus.
