Responsible for Agency Proposition and Experience
Agency Growth GTM
Drive scalable productivity growth across Agency.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality activation campaigns, contests activities that improve agent performance and MDRT achievement
Agency Proposition
Provide deep understanding of agent/leader behaviors, insights & survey, motivation drivers.
Enable CAO and distribution leadership to make data sentiment-driven decisions on key initiative.
Strengthen Agency recruitment engine through insight-driven focus
Agency Experience
Create a differentiated, end-to-end experience for Agents and Leaders that drives engagement, retention.
