Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
Experience in designing scalable data models and managing data integration processes.
Strong knowledge of data storage solutions and best practices for data architecture.
Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data structures.
Familiarity with data quality management and governance principles.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
