About the Role
The Senior Operations Specialist – Quality Assurance Operations (F) in the Project & Quality Assurance department is responsible for overseeing high-value transaction processing and performing Level 3 (Super Checker) functions. This role involves managing specialized activities such as testing, transaction monitoring, data profiling, documentation, checklist validation, and KPI analysis. The position may also include supervisory responsibilities and requires subject matter expertise in quality assurance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Handle insourced jobs for high-value financial transaction processing.
Perform Level 3 (Super Checker) activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage specialized functions including testing, transaction monitoring, documentation, checklist validation, and KPI analysis at both source and report levels.
Act as a subject matter expert for the managed area.
May be responsible for supervising team members and overseeing task execution.
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Resolve complex queries and act as the first-level escalation point for the sub-unit.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and other bank stakeholders.
Support specialized activities such as testing and transaction monitoring.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and mentor team members to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
Promote a culture of quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Post-graduation: Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, financial operations, or compliance within the banking or financial services sector.
Skills and Attributes
