Therapy Manager

Role Description The Therapy Manager is a full-time, role based in Agra, responsible for driving dermatology/Cosmetology business performance and market development. The role involves implementing marketing and sales strategies for assigned therapies, engaging with healthcare professionals, and supporting prescription generation through scientific discussions and relationship management. The Therapy Manager will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities and refine therapy plans. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, conducting field visits, organizing CMEs and other medical education activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Therapy Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and continuous improvement of therapy positioning.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in therapy and brand management, including experience in rheumatology, pain management, antimalarials, or related therapeutic areas.
Proven skills in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, with the ability to implement and monitor territory and therapy plans.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, including conducting scientific discussions and medical education activities.
Analytical skills for interpreting market data, sales performance, and competitor insights to support decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local language.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Commitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and patient-centric values.
Min 2 years of experience in dermatology/Cosmetology segment.
