Role Description The Executive and Assistant Manager role at Ipca Laboratories Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Dewas. The role involves overseeing daily operations within the assigned department, coordinating activities to ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing reports, supporting process improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Executive and Assistant Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in planning and resource allocation, and help manage workflows to meet production and performance targets. The role also involves supporting senior management in decision-making by providing timely data, insights, and operational updates.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills to manage day-to-day operations and support multiple projects.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities for interpreting data, preparing reports, and driving process improvements.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance (GMP, safety practices) is highly beneficial.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with ERP or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Management, or a related field; relevant experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Dewas, adapt to a dynamic environment, and maintain high standards of integrity and safety.
