About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer cum Data Analyst with strong expertise in Hadoop Ecosystem, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Data Analytics, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing scalable data platforms, building data pipelines, performing advanced analytics, and leading end-to-end data initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.

What You'll Do:
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing scalable data platforms, building data pipelines, performing advanced analytics, and leading end-to-end data initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Perform exploratory data analysis and generate actionable business insights.
Develop executive dashboards and reporting solutions.
Create KPIs, scorecards, and data visualization frameworks.
Work with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for enterprise reporting.
Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
BE/MBA/BCA/MCA or equivalent
Deep understanding of distributed computing and large-scale data processing.
Experience handling multi-terabyte and petabyte-scale datasets.
Expertise in Hadoop, Spark, and modern data architecture patterns.
Experience engaging with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
