Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru South, suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals. The Inside Sales Associate will engage with potential customers via phone and digital channels, explain NoBroker.com’s services, and guide them through the property search or service selection process. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with other internal teams to resolve issues, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The associate is expected to provide a professional, customer-centric experience in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company processes and performance standards.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into paying customers.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on delivering clear communication, empathy, and problem resolution.
Account Management skills to build and maintain long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong ownership, persistence, and time management.
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant internships or experience in sales or customer support are beneficial.
Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South and flexible to work in rotational shifts or weekends as required.
