Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at NoBroker.com is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. The HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, support performance management cycles, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on labor and employment law matters, resolving workplace issues, supporting engagement and retention initiatives, and collaborating with HR teams on recruitment, onboarding, and learning programs. The role also requires leveraging HR data and metrics to recommend improvements and drive a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience implementing and improving HR frameworks and processes.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and building trust with team members and managers.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and advising stakeholders on statutory requirements.
Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, appraisal cycles, and development planning.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with comfort using HR data and tools for decision-making.
Experience in tech-enabled or high-growth organizations is an advantage; familiarity with Proptech or real estate sector is a plus.
