Talent Acquisition Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Talent Acquisition processes, operational efficiency, and compliance across the region.
Partner with HR, business leaders, and global stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that improve hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to identify operational gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Influence process adherence through data-driven insights, performance monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Support the successful adoption of process and technology enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards.
Bachelor’s degree required
5-10 years of relevant experience required
Develop and manage Talent Acquisition process adherence programs, identifying trends and driving improvements to strengthen operational consistency and compliance.
Maintain AI agents and supporting knowledge content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current processes and policies.
Champion continuous enhancements that elevate both hiring manager and candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Advocate for adherence to established policies, processes, legal requirements, and regional regulations while supporting audit readiness and governance standards.
Conduct root cause investigations for Talent Acquisition operational issues, implementing corrective actions and contributing to global improvement initiatives.
Support testing and validation of global process and technology changes, providing actionable feedback to improve effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
Utilize data analytics, KPI reporting, and business process execution expertise to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate effectively across regional and global teams, demonstrating strong communication, customer focus, situational adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive partnership.

Digital fluency with process, technology, and AI-enabled solutions, combined with a continuous learning mindset and focus on innovation.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Professional certifications in project management and/or HR management.
