Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DM/AM/SAM role based in Nuapada. The role involves recruiting Life Mitra/ Advisors, driving business development for life insurance products, managing and expanding the local customer base, and meeting sales and revenue targets through ethical and customer-centric practices. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, supporting policy issuance and servicing, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and agents, tracking market trends, and providing regular performance reports. The DM/AM/SAM is expected to promote SBI Life’s brand, uphold compliance with regulatory guidelines, and contribute to a positive and professional branch environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Candidates should possess basic financial understanding and product awareness related to life insurance, investments, and protection solutions.
Candidates should possess planning, target achievement, and data tracking skills to manage performance effectively.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital tools and MS Office applications for reporting and customer servicing.
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution is preferred; relevant certifications in insurance or finance are an added advantage.
Experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services sales is highly beneficial, especially in field or branch-based roles.
Ability to work on-site in Nuapada, demonstrate integrity, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
