Exec/Sr Exec, Catalogue Music

Key responsibilities:
• Strong understanding of Hindi and Punjabi music, artists, genres, and current music trends.
• Good knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi music catalogues and the ability to identify relevant content and artist opportunities.
• Should have an existing network of artists and musicians that can be leveraged for collaborations and creating content derivatives.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between artists and internal Saregama teams and ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Good understanding of music trends, audience behaviour, and evolving music consumption patterns.
• Basic understanding of Spotify and other DSP platforms, including how music is consumed and discovered across these platforms.
• A proactive, go-getter mindset with strong ownership and the ability to drive opportunities independently.
