Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
Deliver professional skincare treatments: Provide facial, cosmetic, and hair removal services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment areas, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
Stay current on industry trends: Maintain up to date knowledge of skincare techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
Maintain required documentation: Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
