Job Description
Sales OfficerSales Officer
Sales Planning & Business Delivery
•Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory
•Plan monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets and ensure alignment with team and distributors
•Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions to address gaps
•Ensure accurate forecasting, billing discipline, and timely collections
Distributor Management & Channel Efficiency
•Manage distributor operations including appointment, performance monitoring, and ROI optimization
•Ensure optimal stock levels, fill rates, and timely order fulfilment across channels
•Drive efficiency in claims management, billing processes, and outstanding clearance
•Coordinate with CFAs and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability
Team Leadership & Execution Control
• Lead, guide, and monitor ASOs/TSIs to ensure effective territory coverage and execution
•Design and drive adherence to journey plans and beat plans for the team
•Build team capability through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and performance management
•Drive discipline in reporting, productivity tracking, and execution standards
Market Execution & Channel Development
•Ensure strong in-store execution including merchandising, visibility, and promotional implementation
•Drive new product launches and ensure availability across key outlets
•Engage with key retailers and regional stakeholders to improve product placement and off-take
•Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights
