Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate courses in your area of expertise.
Develop engaging, rigorous and industry-relevant course content.
Mentor students through technical projects, research and problem-solving.
Guide students in developing strong engineering and analytical fundamentals.
Conduct workshops, seminars, coding sessions, research discussions and technical activities.
Design projects and assessments that encourage practical learning.
Collaborate with other faculty members and industry experts.
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.
For research-oriented faculty, contribute to publications, research projects, collaborations, and the broader research ecosystem.
Build a culture of curiosity, experimentation, problem-solving, and technical excellence.
Academic & Research Professionals
PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI/ML, or a closely related discipline.
Strong academic background from a reputed institution.
Demonstrated research expertise in the relevant domain.
Strong publication record in reputed journals/conferences is highly valued.
Candidates with significant research contributions, patents, funded projects, postdoctoral experience, or industry-research collaborations will be preferred.
Strong interest in teaching undergraduate students and mentoring student research/projects.
Industry Professionals
M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
Strong industry experience in relevant technical domains.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise in areas such as AI/ML, Software Engineering, DSA, Distributed Systems, Networks, Computer Architecture, Embedded Systems, or related fields.
Experience with leading product companies, technology companies, R&D organizations, or technically demanding engineering environments is highly valued.
Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to solve complex technical problems.
A PhD/researcher who wants to combine research with high-impact teaching.
