About the Role
NoBroker is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to build a successful career in sales with one of India's leading PropTech companies.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Explain NoBroker's products and services effectively.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with customers to improve conversions.
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric approach with active listening skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Diploma or Graduate (Any Stream).
Freshers and candidates with good convincing skills are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English and any one of the following languages:
Hindi
Kannada
Tamil
Telugu
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
