You will develop the quality of the Finance function, and provide financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, to maximize value. As a Finance Manager, you’re not just responsible for all accounting and financial requirements for the hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role
Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business communication
Skilled in hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK
Good communication and analytical skills.

Financial Controls: Apply best-practice accounting within a strong control framework
Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable financial insights
Business Support: Provide commercial and financial guidance to operations
Technology Use: Improve efficiency through smart IT integration
Investment: Drive strong returns on capital projects
Planning & Forecasting: Align budgets with strategic goals and accurate forecasts
Team Development: Build and grow a capable finance team
Cash Management: Safeguard liquidity through tight controls
Cost Efficiency: Help optimize operational cost structures
