Primary Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Talent Management, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, OIC, Absence Management, Compensation & Benefits.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
Configure Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Absence modules.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HDL loads, and HCM Extracts.
Design security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
Integrate Oracle HCM with payroll and third-party applications.
Create OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and analytics dashboards.
Support testing, deployment, training, and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
