Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bavla Ahmedabad. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering works for infrastructure and building projects, ensuring compliance with NCPL standards, safety regulations, and relevant codes. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing design drawings, technical specifications, and estimates; coordinating with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders; and monitoring project progress to meet timelines and quality benchmarks. The role also involves conducting site inspections, overseeing stormwater and drainage solutions, resolving technical issues, and supporting documentation and reporting for project milestones and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to infrastructure and building projects.
Experience in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource management, and progress tracking at construction sites.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems, including design, implementation, and compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IS codes, environmental and safety norms).
Proficiency in engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design software) and basic project management software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams on-site.
Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects is present
