Key Responsibilities
We're looking for individuals with strong experience in CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of CRM platforms, customer lifecycle management, and AI-driven automation. If you have a background in SaaS, AI-powered CRM solutions.
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the AI-powered CRM roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, and automation to improve CRM efficiency and user experience.
Stay ahead of SaaS and AI trends, ensuring our CRM remains competitive and cutting-edge.
Customer & Market Insights
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance product features.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and industry best practices.
Use data analytics, AI-driven insights, and customer behavior patterns to drive decision-making.
Product Development & Execution
Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to define user stories, prioritize features, and drive product execution.
Lead the integration of AI-driven chatbots, predictive analytics, NLP, and automation into the CRM.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely product releases and continuous improvements.
AI & Automation-Driven Enhancements
Optimize lead scoring, customer segmentation, and engagement automation using AI/ML models.
Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools, APIs, and other SaaS platforms.
Improve CRM performance through AI-powered personalization and recommendations.
Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy
Work closely with GTM teams to develop pricing, packaging, and adoption strategies.
Define and track key KPIs (user engagement, adoption rates, retention, and revenue impact).
Lead product education, training, and internal enablement for sales and customer success teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, with a focus on CRM, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.
AI/ML Exposure: Knowledge of AI-powered automation, NLP, predictive analytics, and data science applications.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or AI-native CRMs) and API integrations.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Experience in leveraging data, customer insights, and AI algorithms to improve CRM performance.
Agile & Product Execution: Strong background in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and working with cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
