Founding Marketing Manager (AI Consumer Startup)

Responsibilities:
Own the CAC:LTV equation; drive CAC down while protecting retention and lifetime value, backed by a measurable, well-attributed growth stack.
Execute and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and others) — from creative and audience testing to scaling winners.
Complement paid with organic — content, social, and community — to build compounding growth channels that lower blended CAC over time.
Bring strong taste for the creative formats that actually work for GenZ audience, across both AI-generated and user-generated content.
Ideate and ship creative growth hacks — not just run standard playbooks.
Identify and land the right partnerships and collaborations — with platforms, communities, and therapists — that unlock distribution and credibility.
Run influencer and creator programs end-to-end, from sourcing and briefing to measuring impact.
Good to have:
Prior 3+ years driving growth for 0→1 consumer brands, with a track record of bringing CACs down and managing the CAC:LTV equation — ideally for AI companion or consumer-app use cases in India.
Full-stack growth: strong performance-marketing chops (Meta / Google / Apple Search Ads) plus organic, social, and influencer-led growth.
Deeply data-driven — lives in funnels, cohorts, retention, and attribution — and equally comfortable briefing and judging creative.
A real feel for Gen-Z Indian culture and the content formats that travel with this audience.
Scrappy, high-ownership, and thrives in ambiguity and speed.
Experience in mental wellness, AI companions, or content-led consumer growth.
Genuinely passionate about mental health, therapy, psychology space.
