Key Responsibilities:
Develop direct relationships with OEM and EMS procurement teams, buyers, sourcing managers and commodity managers.
Generate shortage, spot-buy, NPI, BOM, LTB, buy-on-behalf and cost-reduction opportunities.
Proactively open new accounts rather than only manage an assigned line card or inherited customer base.
Work comfortably with RFQs, BOMs, Excel, quantities, pricing, margins, MOQs, date codes and delivery requirements.
Visit customers regularly, follow up persistently, negotiate commercially and close business.
Sell both franchised products and trade-based supply solutions.
Coordinate internally with sourcing, operations and management to execute complex requirements quickly.
Good to have:
Independent or global electronic-component distributors.
Experience as Indian component distributors operating a combination of authorized and trade business.
Strong experience in Electronic-component sourcing or procurement backgrounds
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage regional sales independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience working with electronics manufacturing companies, semiconductor distributors, or component suppliers.
Strong network within OEM/EMS industry in the South Region.
