Leading Architect Firm - Premium Projects - is hiring a Senior Accounts Executive for complete accounting & project-wise billing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete accounting - AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation - BRS, finalization, budgeting & MIS reporting
Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI - GST filing, TDS returns & statutory compliances
Project-wise accounting, billing & expense tracking for multiple architect projects
Vendor management - Consultant payments, contractor payments & processing
Client billing & consultant fee reconciliation
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, clients & vendors
Handle multiple project accounts with accuracy & meet month closing timelines
Mandatory - Only These Backgrounds
Architect Firms - Top Priority
Construction Contracting - BOQ Based
PMC Companies
Interior Design Firms - Premium Projects
Must Have
8-10 years accounting - Construction / Architect background only
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliances
Finalization of accounts & MIS reporting
Tally ERP / Tally Prime - Mandatory
Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS - Mandatory
