Role Description The Human Resources & PMO Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting day-to-day HR & operations across the organization. This position assists with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, maintaining HR records, coordinating performance review processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The role involves partnering with hiring teams on recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, and facilitating smooth candidate communication. The Human Resources Associate helps plan and administer training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and welfare activities. The role also provides HR support to team members by addressing queries, preparing HR documentation and reports, and collaborating with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance workplace aligned with Voltanova’s mission.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for supporting employee lifecycle processes and policy implementation.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations to manage documentation, HRIS updates, compliance, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to coordinate learning programs, track participation, and support capability-building initiatives.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners, both in writing and verbally.
Relevant skills such as recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices are beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with prior internship or work experience in HR.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, handle confidential information responsibly, use HR software and productivity tools, and collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
