Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Turkyamanjal, Hyderabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including recording and reconciling transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing journals. Responsibilities include supporting month-end and year-end closing, assisting with financial statements, and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable. The role will also involve preparing tax-related documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with operations and management teams to provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and help maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications
Strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and maintaining ledgers and journals.
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash/bank reconciliations.
Working knowledge of taxation principles, compliance requirements, and audit support.
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in manufacturing or food industry environments is beneficial.
