We don't need someone who edits one polished video a week. We need someone who can take a single brief, run it through AI tools like Higgsfield, and come back with twenty variations worth testing.

Why This Role Exists
Jolt needs a constant stream of fresh video content across Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and the old way of editing one video at a time can't keep up. We're looking for a video editor who can combine real editing craft with AI-driven video tools to produce content at volume, without every video feeling like a copy-paste. You'll be the person turning a single idea into a full set of testable creative variations.
What You'll Own
01 Video Editing & Craft
Edit ad creatives, social videos, and YouTube content end-to-end, with strong pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling.
Maintain a consistent editing style and brand feel across every format, from a 6-second Reel to a longer YouTube piece.
02 AI Video Production & Automation
Use AI video tools such as Higgsfield and similar platforms to generate, automate, and scale video production beyond manual, one-at-a-time editing.
Build repeatable workflows and templates that let you (or the wider team) turn a single script or brief into many videos quickly.
03 Scaling Content for Testing
Turn a single brief or script into multiple ad variations, different hooks, formats, and aspect ratios, built for rapid A/B testing.
Iterate fast on what's working, producing new variations based on performance rather than gut feel alone.
04 Cross-Platform Formatting
Produce and format videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and long-form, respecting each platform's best practices.
05 Collaboration & Feedback Loops
Work closely with the marketing team to understand what's performing and translate that feedback into the next batch of edits.
06 Asset & Workflow Management
Keep an organised library of raw footage, templates, and brand presets, so the production pipeline stays fast as volume grows.
What Success Looks Like
90 Days: You've mapped the current video workflow, set up AI tooling like Higgsfield, and delivered your first batch of scaled creative variations.
6 Months: Video output has scaled up meaningfully without sacrificing quality, and you're consistently producing multiple testable variations every week.
12 Months: You own a video production system that keeps performance marketing fed with fresh creative at scale, and can point to specific videos that drove real results.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio spanning ads, social content, and organic video.
Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield or similar platforms, for generating, automating, or scaling video production.
Strong command of standard editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent).
Experience producing high volumes of short-form video for Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
A real understanding of what makes content perform, including hooks, pacing, and retention, and comfort iterating based on data rather than instinct alone.
Ability to build repeatable workflows and templates for producing video at scale, not just one-off edits.
A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual style.
A bias for speed and volume, without letting quality slip.
Good to Have
Experience with motion graphics or basic 3D tools to add polish to key creatives.
Experience building automated or batch-processing pipelines for video production, beyond manual editing.
A portfolio or reel showing before-and-after examples of AI-assisted edits or scaled campaigns.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Someone who has personally driven real results through their edits before — higher CTR, more views, better engagement, or more conversions — and can speak to exactly how they did it.
