Role Description The Recruitment Partner role at naukri boss is an on-site position based in India. In this role, the Recruitment Partner works closely with client organizations to understand their hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview logistics with hiring teams. The Recruitment Partner manages candidate communication, maintains accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and provides regular updates and market insights to clients. This role also involves collaborating with internal colleagues, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and client representatives.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (job boards, social media sourcing, applicant tracking systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and provide clear, timely updates.
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and diversity and inclusion principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Analytical mindset, comfortable using data and metrics to refine hiring strategies and report progress to clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in agency or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environments is an advantage.
Fluency in English and at least one major Indian language is beneficial.
