Inside Sales Executive

Location: Onsite - Kondapur, Hyderabad
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Shift: EST Hours (in IST: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

About the Role
We’re Scale.jobs, a Techstars-backed, profitable startup building the future of job search while shipping world-class products out of Hyderabad. We’re looking for a driven Outbound Sales Executive (US Region) to support and grow our US-region B2C sales efforts through high-volume outreach and strong conversion focus.
What You'll Own
Own the full outbound motion, prospect, pitch, and close US customers daily at high velocity through cold calling
Drive conversions through effective communication and follow-ups
Operate in sync with US EST hours, understand the customer, the culture, and the clock
Who We're Looking For
2-4 years of outbound / telesales experience (mandatory)
You've dialed hundreds of cold calls and know how to handle rejection without flinching
Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US EST
Exceptional spoken English, clear, confident, and persuasive every single time
Self-driven and execution-obsessed, you don't wait to be told what to do
