🚨 WE’RE HIRING – SENIOR HR MANAGER
Kousic & Co. | Erode, Tamil Nadu
Kousic & Co. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead and build our HR function.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of HR operations, recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, statutory compliance and performance management in a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and strengthen the overall HR function
Manage recruitment and manpower planning across projects and departments
Establish effective HR policies, processes and systems
Ensure labour and statutory compliance
Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters
Implement attendance, leave, onboarding and exit processes
Develop performance appraisal and KPI systems
Maintain HR MIS and provide regular reports to management
Work closely with project/site teams on workforce requirements
Support employee development, training and retention
Candidate Profile
6–10 years of HR experience
Graduate / Post Graduate; MBA / PGDM – HR preferred
Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / EPC / Engineering / Manufacturing / Logistics / Transport preferred
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance
Good communication, leadership and people-management skills
Strong in MS Excel, HR MIS and HRMS
Should be hands-on, mature and capable of working independently
