About the Role
We are looking for an HR Intern to support our recruitment and day-to-day HR activities. This role is ideal for students, freshers, and individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.
You will work closely with the team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Assist with onboarding new interns and team members
- Prepare and share HR-related communications and documents
- Follow up with candidates and selected applicants
- Support employee engagement activities
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks and other assigned responsibilities
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable communicating with candidates
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Responsible and professional attitude
