Position: Research & Academic Writing Intern
Duration: 6 Months
Mode: On-site
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Research & Academic Writing Intern, you will:Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and identify relevant academic sources.
Research, write, edit, and format academic papers, theses, dissertations, proposals, and reports.
Follow academic referencing and citation styles such as APA, MLA, Chicago, and Harvard.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools such as MS Excel, SPSS, and Python, where applicable.
Apply appropriate research methodologies based on project requirements.
Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and compliant with academic integrity standards.
Prepare charts, tables, presentations, and other research documentation.
Collaborate with writing and editorial teams to complete projects within deadlines.
Participate in feedback and review sessions and make necessary revisions.
Stay updated with academic trends, research tools, methodologies, and best practices in academic writing.
Eligibility & QualificationsCurrently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in humanities, social sciences, technical fields, or related disciplines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of academic writing and research methodologies.
Familiarity with academic referencing and citation styles.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Zotero or Mendeley is an added advantage.
Ability to understand, interpret, and present data effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Prior experience in academic, technical, or content writing is an advantage.
